PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

Always wearing good condition PPE.
請佩戴功能良好的個人防護用品。
Safety shoes prevent/minimise foot injury. No casual shoes, sandals or slippers are allowed in the worksite.
安全鞋可以預防或減少腳部傷害。施工現場不允許穿
著便鞋、涼鞋和拖鞋。
Whenwelding,grinding,oranyotheroperations,alwaysweartherequiredandproperppeassociatedtothatparticularjob.
當執行焊接，切割，打磨等工作時，需佩戴此工作所需的相關防護用品

BARRICADES
圍護/圍欄
Donotusedredandwhitetapeorropesasbarricades.
不要用紅白警示帶或繩子作為圍護/圍欄。
Rigid materials which are able to withstand 100 kg/f are
allowed to be used as barricades.
能承受>100kg/f 的剛性材料才被允許用來作為圍護/圍欄。

WORKING ON THE EDGE/HEIGHT
高處臨邊作業
Wear and anchor your safety harness when working on height, near openings and edges.
在高處/洞口/臨邊工作時，請系好安全帶并掛好。
When near edges or openings, that you are anchored to a lifeline. Tools are not to be placed near the edge. Keep them in a tool box and away from the edge. 當你在靠近臨邊或洞口作業時，掛好安全帶，工具不要直接放在臨邊，將工具放在工具袋內并遠離臨邊。
When working at height, ensure that the ground below are cleared. Barricade the affected area. Station a watchman, and put up a warning signboard.
當在高處作業時，應確保地面清潔，講下部受影響的區域圍護起來，安排監護人并張貼警示牌

MOBILE SCAFFOLD
移動腳手架
Mobile scaffolds are to be constructed to the requirement above.
按規定搭建使用移動腳手架。
Locked the mobile scaffold wheels when it is stationary. Anchor your safety harness to a rigid anchoring point and not to the mobile scaffold.
在移動腳手架上工作時，按下腳剎，系好安全帶。
No mobile scaffold are to be pushed, when there is somebody on it.
有人在上面工作時，嚴禁移動/推行移動腳手架。

MEWP剪式升降車
All operators shall obtain MEWP operation permit which indicates they are qualified operators of the MEWP.
每個操作者必須獲得移動升降平臺許可證方可操作
The MEWP shall not be driven on grades, side slopes or ramps exceeding those for which the MEWP platform is rated.
不得在階梯、斜坡等傾斜的地方推動剪式升降梯。
Use of planks, ladders, or any other device on the MEWP for achieving additional height or reach is prohibited unless additional fall protection measures are employed and specifically approved by the
appropriate EHS representative.除非有額外的防墜落保護措施和得到EHS代表的特別認可，嚴禁在升降梯上用木板、梯子或其他設施作額外高度操作。

WELDING SAFETY

Ensure are equipment,properties, machinery and
unremovable flammable materials are covered with fire blankets before any welding to be carried out.
在電焊工作開始之前，確保周圍的設備/機器/管道/以及不可移動的易燃材料已被受到防火保護。
Ensure no flammable materials are present nearby when welding.
電焊時確保周圍無易燃物存在。

MACHINERY/EQUIPMENT SAFETY
機械/設備安全
Do not overload your equipment/machinery. Only authorised personnel are allowed to operate heavy machinery and equipment.
不要超載。只有經授權的人員才可操作重型機械/設備。
Concentrate when operating machinery e.g excavator, cranes and bulldozer.
操作時集中注意力！
Ensure that the load is secured before moving it.
移動前確保運輸物已被固定。
No unauthorised person is allowed to enter the work area when lifting, piling and excavation in progress.
未經授權，不得進入正在施工的區域。
Do not remove machinery guard. Do not use the equipment, machinery if there is no safety guards.
不得操作沒有安全防護的設備。

HOUSEKEEPING SAFETY
落手清
Poor housekeeping produce tripping hazards. Keep your work area clean.
保持工作區域整潔干凈。
Do not dispose your unwanted materials from height. Dispose at allocated dustbin points.
不要從高處亂拋雜物。
Remove all protruding nails or bend them over.
起掉/彎曲突出的釘子。

FLOOR OPENING
洞口
Do not leave open holes unprotected. Report to your safety department immediately to have it covered.
施工過程中出現洞口應立即遮蓋。
For bigger open holes, the requirement is a barricade with
side netting. The side netting will prevent site personnel
or materials from falling through it.
對于較大尺寸的洞口，應將其用圍欄圍護以防人/物跌入。

EXCAVATION SAFETYSAFETY

Ensure that the sides of excavation pit are properly shored before you go down to work.
在進入開挖的坑井前，確保兩邊已采取了適當的支撐保護。
Proper shoring, access ladder and barricade are the main essential in excavation works. Ensure their presence before you enter to work.
圍護支撐，進出梯子和坑邊圍欄是開挖工作的關鍵要素。

CONFINE SPACE SAFETY
封閉空間安全
Confined space are to be ventilated and gas checked before any work in to be proceed.
開工前，需對封閉空間進行氣體檢測和排氣。

LADDER SAFETY
用梯安全
When using a ladder as a working platform ensure that someone holds it firmly for you.
在梯子上工作時，下面需有人扶住梯子，以保穩固。

WORKING ON PIPES SAFETY
管道工作
Do not horseplay and clinched on pipes. These pipes may contain dangerous chemicals and gases.
不得在管道上攀爬玩耍。管道中可能載有危險的化學品和氣體。
Do not walk on pipes.
不要在管道上行走。

CHEMICAL SAFETY
化學品安全
When dealing with chemicals ensure that you are fully protected. Do not touch chemicals with your bare hands.
操作化學品時確保你已佩帶了合適的防護用品。
In the event where chemicals are splashed onto your body, quickly proceed to the nearest water shower and rinse yourself until help arrives.
萬一身體被化學品濺到，立即到附近的沖洗站沖洗，直至救援到來。
Always keep your flammable chemical drums in an upright position with drip tray.
保持易燃化學品豎直存放在積漏盤內。
Store all containers containing chemicals in a proper storage area. Remember to label them. Provide fire extinguisher in the chemical storeroom.
設置專門的化學品存儲區/柜子。化學品需張貼標簽。化學品存儲區需設置滅火器。
Wash your eyes immediately when come into contact with chemical. Do not rub your eyes. Report immediately to the First Aider for further medical treatment.
當你的眼睛接觸到化學品后立即沖洗，不要試圖擦你的眼睛，并立即報告急救人員做進一步的處理。

In case of emergency, contact anyM+W staff immediately. Only qualified First Aider are allowed to render first aid to casualties. This is to prevent complication to the injured.
